This is the email & TXT setup page. You can setup seperate emails and TXT for the different Events that are generated by your users.

Email Setup Screen

Email Address:
This is the Email Address for when a Service Call, Work Order, Log Entry, Photo, or Tasks is generated via the Mobile Apps or Website.

Reply To Email:
This is the Email Address for when someone Replies to an email that is sent them. This is especially useful for when a Client responds to an Email.

Reply To Name:
This is the Email From Name for when someone Replies to an email that is sent them. This is especially useful for when a Client responds to an Email.

Subject Line:
You can now set the Subject Line for your Emails.

This is for the email that is generated when a Service Call is submitted via the Mobile Apps or Web. If you do not want to be notified of the Service Call then leave the field blank. To add multiple email addresses, seperate them with a comma (,).
